Denise Simmons

Biography

Denise Simmons is a nurse practitioner on the Sunshine Coast with a focus on chronic disease. She has extensive experience in rural and remote healthcare, ICU, accident and emergency and palliative care. Denise has lectured at a number of universities and TAFEs and is dedicated to preventing readmission to hospital for her patients.
