It is important that the allocation of immunoglobulin products are closely managed so that only those patients who can benefit from immunoglobulin treatment receive it. The National Blood Authority manages the governance arrangements, which are documented in the National Policy: Access to Government-funded Immunoglobulin Products in Australia (the National Policy).
